八仙塵爆案迄今近2個月，立委接獲傷者家屬陳情，指新北市政府善款運用不透明，亦未主動揭露可申請的補助或照護服務。一名來自台中的陳小姐泣訴，她只得從網路、媒體獲知相關訊息，無處求援，其他非新北市的家屬像是「孤兒」。
塵爆案傷者家屬昨日舉行記者會表示，目前有263人留院治療、209人出院，出院傷患將面臨龐大醫療、看護及復健費，後續個案協助標準付之闕如，連內政部承諾提供的替代役男協助申請數至今也掛零。
台中陳小姐的弟弟在加護病房救治，她說，先前新北市府表示要設立對話窗口，事後只有「陽光基金會」主動聯繫、提供協助，新北市府不見蹤影，令她無處求援；至於替代役男協助復健，她質疑其專業素養不足。
另一名家屬林緯的妹妹在八仙塵爆嚴重受傷。他也說，心理、復健訓練曠日費時、講求專業，替代役男只上幾小時的課程就聲稱訓練完成，恐無法執行照顧的任務。
